Our Story – The Leap That Started It All
At Glodias, we believe growth should never be limited by access, size, or circumstance. Our work begins where templates, shortcuts, and generic solutions end. We exist to help organizations unlock meaningful progress with technology and creativity designed around people, not pre-packaged systems.
Glodias was founded in 2023 as the natural next step for our founder, Durgesh Kumar Rai, who had already spent years designing, researching, and solving problems for enterprises, government bodies, and social initiatives. Our work carried one message forward: impact comes when design, research, and technology meet real human needs.
Our Way of Working – Research Before Everything
We never jump straight into execution. Every project begins with deep study of the industry, user behavior, and relevant standards. From UX theories, mental models, and HCI principles to GIGW, GDPR, DPDP and WCAG compliance for government-level security and accessibility, our methods ensure solutions that are both effective and sustainable.
